Mylene works with all the women and Axel works with all the men, so it all depends on which gender. If you identify as female, you will be paired with Mylene as your coach. If you identify as male, you will be working with Axel as your coach.

Anyone who will end up on a bodybuilding stage at the end of the process. If you are not planning to compete, you can signup under lifestyle coaching (nutrition & training).

It depends on how long it takes to complete all the forms. Once we receive everything from the client, it will take 2-3 business days to send everything.
